Funnily enough, I worked documenting the motocross racing industry. I thrived in the adrenaline and fast-paced environment, but truly fell in love with the artistic side of it all, slowing down the motions of the craziness and catching the right angles to best tell the story.
After eight years in the sport, my documentary approach transitioned from two wheels to two humans + their stories. With weddings, I still thrive in that same crazy fast-paced environment but can now feed my romantic side. Because let’s be real -- the only thing on wheels I’m interested in is the camper van I plan to purchase in 2020!
My soul thrives in the great outdoors, the crisp mountain air and barefoot on the coast. Northern California is home, where I was born and raised, a place I never see myself leaving for too long because of that good ol California Sunshine. My favorite days off consist of combinations of yoga, hiking, camping in my tent + exploring the lakes or the coast with Hudson, my rescue pup.
Growing up I always had a camera in hand, everywhere I went. In High School, I spent my years in the Dark Room developing my photos into prints. From there I went on to earn my Bachelor’s of Fine Art in Photography.
